Automatic station silencing and new information

Optionally stops active alert signals after five seconds at the configured station without closing the alert screen or recording a response. Test SMS messages now include date and time. Localised Terms of Use and race protection between old and new alerts were added.

Exact-alarm permission fix

Removed the incorrect request for the “Schedule exact alarms” permission, which the application no longer needs or uses.

Lower battery use and better diagnostics

Optimised GPS, notifications and background scheduling. Reduced unnecessary updates and added clearer diagnostic logs without sensitive information.
