1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS These Terms govern use of the mobile and web application (the “Application”) operated by Specter Interactive s.r.o. (the “Operator”). Contact: hasicisms@specterint.com. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Application. 2. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION The Application is a supporting tool for record-keeping, coordination and preparedness of fire brigade members. It is not an official, binding or mission-critical incident-management tool and must not be the sole basis for decisions during emergency responses. 3. LIABILITY The Application is provided “as is” without warranties. The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect damage, injury to health or life, or property damage connected with its use. The Application must not replace official communication or operational systems of fire brigades and is used entirely at the user’s own risk. 4. USER OBLIGATIONS Users must provide truthful information, must not misuse the Application for illegal purposes and must protect their access credentials. The Operator is not liable for misuse by a third party. 5. CHANGES AND TERMINATION The Operator may change or discontinue the Application at any time. These Terms may be updated and changes take effect when published. 6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

1. DATA CONTROLLER The controller is Specter Interactive s.r.o. Contact: hasicisms@specterint.com. 2. DATA PROCESSED The Application may process the user’s name and surname, email address, telephone number, real-time GPS location during an emergency response, and technical device and usage information through Google and Apple analytics tools. 3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Data is processed to provide and operate the Application, coordinate and record brigade members, send technical service notices, and analyse and improve services. 4. LEGAL BASIS The legal bases are performance of a contract, the Controller’s legitimate interest and user consent for access to location and contact information. 5. DATA SHARING Data may be made available to Google and Apple analytics providers solely to measure and improve the Application. Data is not sold to third parties. 6. RETENTION Data is retained while the Application is used and afterwards for no more than three years after the last activity where necessary to protect the Controller’s rights. 7. USER RIGHTS Users have rights of access, rectification or erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a data protection supervisory authority. 8. DATA SECURITY The Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against misuse and unauthorised access.
